Grazing Table Services
When it comes to catering extraordinary events, Overwood’s grazing tables are the epitome of elegance, color, and sophistication. Designed to complement any celebration, each table is thoughtfully curated to create a stunning visual and culinary experience.
Our styling includes refined display elements such as marble and wooden boards, candles, and service pieces selected to harmonize with your event’s aesthetic. Floral arrangements can also be incorporated to enhance the ambiance and add a natural touch of beauty.
Every grazing table features a luxurious assortment of local and imported cheeses, artisanal charcuterie, olives, house-made sauces, fresh and dried fruits, nuts, honey, jams, fruit pastries, breads, biscuits, and breadsticks. Each detail is artfully arranged to delight the senses and leave a lasting impression on your guests.

For set ups with inventory, an inventory form must be signed by the client when we have completed delivery and setup on completion of the job. A refundable deposit is required to cover all returnable items. All returnable items must be returned in the same condition they were left. Any items lost or damaged for reasons not attributable to Overwood Artisan Platters or its staff after the inventory form has been signed will incur a charge at retail value. All boards, serving equipment and props are for rent only and must be returned within 48 hours. Please view our Terms & Conditions for more information.
Clients have the opportunity to provide the table themselves in which the grazing will be prepared on OR rent one of our tables. In case the client chose the option of renting our table, please note that extra charges may apply.
DAY OF EVENT
On the day of the event, our team will arrive approximately 1 to 2 hours prior to the start of the celebration to set up your grazing table. We recommend selecting a pleasant and shaded location—a space that is both visually appealing and kept at a comfortable temperature—to ensure the food remains fresh and beautifully presented throughout your event.
PAYMENT METHOD
A non-refundable booking deposit is required to secure your date and will be applied toward your final balance. The grazing table must be paid in full at least 72 hours prior to the event.
Our standard setup and takedown hours are between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Events requiring service outside of these hours will incur an additional fee of $100.

Every display is thoughtfully composed using a variety of refined elements such as wooden boards, marble platters, baskets, and decorative crates, creating layers of height, depth, and visual balance that bring each table to life.
Every design is envisioned and executed by our professional food stylist, who meticulously considers every detail to reflect the theme and ambiance of your event. Depending on the scale of the setup, our team typically requires 1 to 2 hours to complete the installation, ensuring a flawless and captivating presentation.
